注意！美国海关警告将“拒收”这些货物!

近日，FedEx近日发布紧急通告：
美国海关和边境保护局（CBP）宣布，自2024年11月12日起，将不再接受任何包含模糊描述的美国进口货物数据。如果货物描述被CBP认定为模糊不清并拒绝接受，FedEx可能会在始发地拒绝该货物，或在始发地扣留该货物，直至提供完整的数据为止。
FedEx还特别提醒客户，在创建货物时提供准确的货物描述至关重要，以确保符合美国海关及边境保卫局（CBP）的规定。自生效日期起，任何被CBP认定为描述模糊的货物都将被拒收，并可能会导致延误。
准确的描述能够清楚地指明商品的材质和用途。例如，应详细说明为“塑料制成的儿童玩具”，而非简单地标注为“玩具”;同样，应描述为“60%棉和40%聚酯制成的女装”，而不是笼统地称之为“服装”。
此外，美国海关和边境保护局(CBP)也提供了一些示例，用以指导如何创建准确的商品描述。

为了确保货件能顺利地在目的地完成清关，并避免产生额外费用，强烈建议您在发运时为所有货件提供准确且详细的商品描述（例如品名要准确地描述商品的特征、用途、材质等关键信息）
客户申报的一些不具体的品名如：配件、附件、礼物、装饰品等品名都是不具体的品名，要注意规避此类型的申报品名，避免货物产生不必要的损失。
